舟山海岛地区新型布尼亚病毒感染7例分析

Clinical features and epidemiological analysis of new Bunyavirus infection in Zhoushan Islands

目的了解新型布尼亚病毒感染患者的流行病学、临床特征及治疗转归。方法分析总结舟山医院7例新型布尼亚病毒感染患者临床资料。结果7例患者典型临床表现为持续高热、全身肌肉酸痛、浅表淋巴结肿大、腹痛、腹泻伴消化道出血、血小板减少及白细胞进行性下降。结论该病好发于春夏季节，多发生于丘陵地区的中老年人。患者起病急，病情重，重症者易发生心、肝、肾等脏器功能损害。除蜱叮咬外，可能还有其他传播方式。

Objective To review the clinical features and epidemiology of Bunyavirus infection. Methods The clinical data of 7 patients with Bunyavirus infection admitted to Zheushan Hospital in 2011 and 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. Re- sults Patients presented typically with continuous high fever, sore muscles, enlarged superficial lymph nodes, abdominal pain, diarrhea with gastrointestinal bleeding, progressive decrease of platelets and white blood cells. Conclusion All 7 patients from Zhoushan islands present typical manifestations of Bunyavirus infection. In addition to tick bite, there may be other transmission ways.
