摘要
原发性甲状腺淋巴瘤（PTL）是指肿瘤组织原发于甲状腺淋巴组织的器官淋巴瘤，伴或不伴周尉颈淋巴结侵犯[1]。该病临床少见，我们收集1995—02—2010—02共26例PTL住院患者的临床资料进行随访，并结合文献复习进行临床分析，总结其临床病理特征，探讨其病因、诊断与治疗方法及影响预后的因素，现报道如下。
