摘要 目的:分析人类eag相关基因(human ether-a-go-go-related gene,HERG)蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化方法研究HERG蛋白在胃癌组织和正常胃组织中的表达水平,阐述HERG蛋白水平与临床生化指标之间的关系。结果:免疫组化结果显示,HERG蛋白在胃癌细胞的细胞质和细胞膜中表达,在正常的胃上皮细胞中不表达。HERG蛋白在低分化胃癌组织中的表达水平显著高于其在高分化和中分化胃癌组织中的表达水平(P<0.05)。III、IV期(按国际抗癌联盟TNM分期)胃癌组织中HERG蛋白染色强度显著高于I、II期胃癌组织(P<0.05);伴有淋巴结转移的胃癌组织中的HERG蛋白的表达水平显著高于不伴有淋巴结转移的胃癌组织(P<0.05)。结论:HERG蛋白的表达水平与胃癌的发生和恶性程度相关,有可能作为胃癌诊断及预后判断的一个指标。 Objective:To study the expression of HERG protein in gastric cancer tissues and its clinical value. Methods:The expression of HERG protein in gastric cancer and normal gastric tissues was investigated by immunohistochemistry. The rela- tionship between the levels of HERG and clinicopathological characteristics was statistically analyzed. Results: Compared with normal gastric tissues, HERG protein was highly expressed in gastric cancer tissues; and the expression of HERG protein was associated with differentiation, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer (P〈0.05). Conclusion: HERG protein plays a role in carcinogenesis of gastric cancer and it is also associated with differentiation, TNM stage and lymph node metas- tasis of gastric cancer, so this molecule may serve as a marker for the diagnosis and prognosis of gastric cancer.
