重度中寒证一例治疗分析

Analysis on and Treatment of One Case with Cold Syndrome of Middle-Jiao

头面部中寒之轻证,临床上称之为中风或外中风,多以面部一侧麻痹、口眼歪斜为主症,一般不涉及吞咽困难和心律失常。本文通过对一例重度中寒病人的治疗过程分析,提出了对于太阳、少阴合病的中寒重证,以自拟桂枝加炙麻黄汤为主方进行治疗的方案。此方案疗效短而收效快,且不留后遗症,很值得推广。

Mild case of Cold Syndrome of Middle - Jiao is called stroke or external stroke which there is facial paral- ysis and squint and mouth distortion without aphagia or arrhythmia. The paper gives a treatment of Guizhi and Jiumahuang lotion on the Cold Syndrome of Middle -Jiao which has good and quick effect without sequel therefore it suggests that tai yang and shaoyin complication is aimed and it is worth spreading.
