应用综合指数法评价病房医疗质量

The Application of comprehensive index method in the evaluation of clinical medical quality

目的对医院各临床科室进行综合评价，为加强临床科室管理提供科学的决策依据。方法选用2011年各临床科室6个有代表性的医疗工作管理指标，采用综合指数法对指标进行合成，得到各科室综合评价值。结果各临床科室综合评价值依次排列为：碎石科（185．34）、妇产科（122．61）、儿科（121．25）、五官科（118．87）、新生儿科（105．25）、中医科（97．64）、内科（94．06）、传染科（91．46）、外科（89．43）、康复科（86．41）、肿瘤科（82．32）。结论综合指数法计算直观、应用方便，在评价医院医疗工作质量上具有综合性、可行性的特点。其评价结果与医院实际情况相符，我们可以认为2011年碎石科医疗综合质量最优，肿瘤科医疗综合质量最劣。

Objective To evaluate all clinical departments comprehensively, to provide scientific basis for strengthening management of clinical department. Methods We use synthetic index method to synthesize 6 typical index of curative activity management in 2011, then get synthetic evaluation value of all clinical departments. Results The synthetic evaluation value was the biggest in lithotripsy department（ 185.34）, the smallest was in tumor department（82.32）. Conclusion The synthetic index method is direct-viewing, easy to use, and has comprehensive and feasibile featurcs in evaluating medical qualities. The result is are accordant with the actual situation. So we think the medical quality in lithotripsy department is the best, and that in tumor de- partment the worst.
