系统聚类与TOPSIS法在临床科室工作效益评价中的应用

Application of hierarchical clustering analysis combined with TOPSIS in Synthetical evaluation of the efficiency and ben-efit of clinical departments＇ work

目的综合评价某医院各临床科室的工作效益，为医院调整管理政策提供依据。方法应用系统聚类法对各临床科室进行分类、TOPSIS法对各临床科室的工作效益进行综合评价。结果根据系统聚类结果将各临床科室分为4类；各类科室工作效益的综合评价结果为：1类中的儿科最优，2类中的结核病科最优，3类中的耳鼻咽喉科最优，4类中急诊ICU为优。结论应用系统聚类法与TOPSIS法相结合，对医院各临床科室工作效益进行综合评价，可以合理评价不同性质临床科室的综合效益。

Objective To evaluate the efficiency and benefit of clinical departments＇ work of the hospital, and to pro- vide basis for adjusting the Management policy. Methods The clinical departments were classified with hierarchical clustering analysis and effects and benefits of clinical departments＇ work were evaluated with the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution synthetically. Results The clinical departments were classified into 4 kinds. Pediatrics Dept is the most effec- tive and beneficial in the first kind, likewise, Tuberculosis Dept in the second kind, E. N.T. Dept in the third kind, and Emer- gency ICU Dept in the fourth kind. Conclusion The efficiency and benefit of clinical departments＇ work can be evaluated more reasonably with the use of hierarchical clustering analysis combined with the technique for Order Preference by Similarity to ideal Solution.
