摘要
通过对 Nd:YVO4 晶体吸收特性的研究 ,对激光输出功率、斜效率与抽运功率的关系进行了理论分析 ,发现 Nd:YVO4 激光器在大功率激光二极管抽运的条件下 ,激光斜效率随抽运功率的增加而减小 ,实验表明 ,理论结果与实验符合得较好。选用 Nd3 + 掺杂的原子数分数为 0 .5%、通光长度为 5mm的 Nd:YVO4 晶体 ,在抽运功率为 5W左右时 ,输出功率为 3W左右时 ,获得了 71.5%的激光斜效率。
The absorption characteristics of the Nd∶YVO 4 crystal and the relations between the laser output power or the slope efficiency and the input power are studied. It is found that the slope efficiency of Nd∶YVO 4 laser dropped with the input power raised under the condition of a high power pumped. The average slope efficiency of 71.5% is obtained with a Nd∶YVO 4 crystal of 0.5% dopped concentration x and pumped by about 5 W, the output power of the laser is about 3 W.
