长期以来,我国基础教育存在着为应付考试而学,为应付考试而教的"应试教育"倾向,而作为基础教育教学"指挥棒"的高考,在全面推进创新教育的过程中发挥着举足轻重的作用,高考制度改革是实施创新教育的一个关键环节。因此,创新型人才的培养,改革高考制度十分必要且势在必行。

For a long time, China＇s basic education is examina- tion-oriented,while college entrance examination, as the direc- tion of basic education, plays a pivotal role in the process of com- prehensively promote innovative education, and college entrance examination system reform is a key part of the implementation of innovation education. Therefore, reform of the college entrance examination system is very necessary and imperative for cultivating innovative talents.
