摘要
在新课程改革逐渐深入的背景下,高等师范院校教师教育面对自身发展与基础教育发展的脱节和新课改带来的诸多挑战,需要进行准确再定位。本文基于我国某些地方师范教师在自身发展过程的不足进行反思与分析,提出了高师院校教师在新课程背景下如何更好地自身发展的一些具体建议与对策,为我国高师院校服务和引领基础教育教学改革提供参考意见。
With the deepening of the new curriculum reform, teachers in higher normal colleges are faced with many prob- lems, so they should reposition themselves. Based on lhe reflec- tion and analysis of higher normal teachers' shortcomings in self-development, this paper proposes some concrete suggestions and countermeasures on how teachers of higher normal colleges can better develop themselves,aiming to provide some refer- ences for China's higher normal college service and its role in guiding basic education reform.
