从《中庸》的“中和”思想看教师的教学伦理精神

摘要 通过《中庸》的"中和"之道及遵道法则,来开启教师在教学中的伦理精神即教师要有"用中"的教学观念,适度的教学原则,"和而不流"的教学智慧和至诚之心,促进教师、学生、教学三者的人文性发展。 Through the Tao of "neutralization" of "Doctrine of the Mean" and the rules to follow it,the author wants to open the teaching ethical spirit of teachers, that is, teachers should have the teaching concepts of "using the mean" , moderate teaching principles, the teaching wisdom of "cultivating a friendly harmony without being weak" and sincere heart to promote the humanistic development among teachers, students and teaching.
