Through the Tao of ＂neutralization＂ of ＂Doctrine of the Mean＂ and the rules to follow it,the author wants to open the teaching ethical spirit of teachers, that is, teachers should have the teaching concepts of ＂using the mean＂ , moderate teaching principles, the teaching wisdom of ＂cultivating a friendly harmony without being weak＂ and sincere heart to promote the humanistic development among teachers, students and teaching.
