摘要
微格教学是师范类院校对师范生进行职前培训的常规模式。但由于高校扩招带来的师资、设备等不足原因,微格教学的时间被压缩。这极大地影响了微格教学的实践效果和评价有效性。因此本文提出在高师院校常规教学中要优化课程设置、强化微格教学的观点。
Microteaching is a regular practice for students in normal university. But the large amount of students and the lack of teaching equipment decrease the efficiency of it. So the paper puts forward that normal universities should optimize the cur- riculum and strengthen microteaching in their regular teaching.
