For many scholars, English is an indispensable part as a second language,while reading is always an important link, so the training of English reading ability appears especial- ly important. In the training of secondary vocational English reading ability, good learning methods and habits should also be trained, so that effective shortcuts can be found. This paper discusses the influencing factors in the training of English reading ability.
