摘要
通常使用手工、半自动和全自动三种方法测定金属塑性应变比 r值。对这三种测定方法的测定误差进行了分析 ,不同测定方法其总测量不确定度不同 ,取决于相关的计量参数的测量误差、r值和测定 r值的应变水平 ,就目前现行国际标准 (ISO 1 0 1 1 3∶ 1 991 )所规定的试验方法要求而言 。
Three methods, i.e. manual, semi auto and full auto methods, were usually used to determine the plastic strain ratio of metallic materials — r value. Error analysis on the three methods was made. The total measurement uncertainties with defferent determining method were not identical and they depended on the measuring errors of the relavent metrical parameters, the r value and the strain level at which the r value was measured. For the testing method requirements specified by the current international standard ISO 10113∶1991, the accuracy of the manual method was higher than those of the semi auto and full auto methods.
