Learning atmosphere is the soul of a school, and stu- dents＇ attendance rate is the most direct symbol of the condi- tion of learning atmosphere. Through a comparative analysis of student cadres and common students＇ absence rate,this paper explores the influencing factors of attendance rate,so as to provide effective countermeasures for the construction of learn- ing atmosphere.
