关于高等职业教育中就业问题的教育学思考

Reflections on Employment Issue in Higher Vocational Education from the Perspective of Education Science

高等职业教育中的就业问题是一个全社会关注的话题,既关系到大学生今后就业的方向,也关系到未来社会的发展和进步以及高等职业教育的改革发展,所以,诸多高职院校把就业指导工作放在日常工作中的突出位置。随着当前社会的发展和高等教育的不断完善,大学生就业问题与社会需求的关系愈发紧张。本文旨在针对辅导员在高等职业教育中存在的就业问题方面的作用以及存在的问题指出辅导员在就业工作中应发挥的重要作用,进而提高高职院校学生的就业数量与质量。

Employment issue in higher vocational education is a social topic relating to college students＇ future development and the development of higher vocational education reform, so many higher vocational colleges attach much importance to employment guidance. In view of the existing problems and the role of counselors in employment guidance,this paper points out the important role of counselors in employment guidance, aiming to held improve student employment.
