集聚科技创新资源 助推产业转型升级——赴苏州昆山市挂职锻炼体会

从高校和科研机构选派教授、博士,组成"科技镇长团"赴苏南县(市、区)挂职,是江苏省委省政府推动政府科技管理工作重心下移,打通科教资源与县域经济发展的"隔膜",全面提升企业自主创新能力和产业竞争力的一项重要举措。笔者作为昆山"科技镇长团"成员,从挂职干部的角度结合开展工作情况,就集聚科技创新资源,发挥团队优势,助推昆山转型升级谈挂职锻炼体会。
