B学院教师科研论文文献计量分析研究

An Analysis and Study on the Scientific Research Papers of Teachers in B College with the Method of Bibliometrics

新建本科院校在科研工作中存在较多的问题,文章以B学院为例,通过中国知网检索该学院教师近年发表论文的情况,采用统计的方法,分析B学院这类典型新建本科院校在科研工作上存在的问题。研究结果表明:该学院教师的论文发表数虽然呈现增长的趋势,但是专业论文平均数较少,专业教师发表论文数量较低,文章被引频次普遍不高,论文质量还有待进一步提高。

There exist many problem in scientific research work of newly established universities. Taking B college as an example in this article, this article retrieved on cnki the situations of teachers＇ papers issued in recent yearn, and analyzed the problems existing in scientific research work in such typical new undergraduate institutions as B college by statistical methods. The result showed that the number of papers issued by teachers in the college is a growing trend, but the average number of professional papers is the less, and the number of professional papers is lower, and the frequency of article cited is generally not high, therefore, the quality of papers needs to be further enhanced.
