高校教师工作绩效评估量表的构建

摘要 采用访谈法、开放式问卷等方法构建高校教师工作绩效评估量表初稿,通过对220名高校教师的调查,对量表进行检验。因素分析的结果表明高校教师工作绩效包括8个因子:教学成效、职业素养、教学投入、沟通协作、敬业精神、科研服务、组织忠诚、遵守规章制度。该量表信度、效度符合统计学的要求,具有一定的实用价值。 According to the results of the open-ended questionnaire and interview results with university teachers, a scale draft was developed. The reliability and validity of the scale was tested by the evaluation of 220 university teachers. 8 factors of "teaching efficiency, occupation stuff, teaching investment,communication and cooperation, professional dedication,science research, loyalty to organization and complying with regulation" were ineluded in the work performance for university teachers. The scale's reliability and validity meets statistics requirements and have certain practical value.
