摘要
对于"问题生"的教育,作者根据自己的工作实践,从四个方面进行了详细的探讨:(1)对"问题生"家访;(2)多关注"问题生";(3)多提建议思路;(4)小组常态协作,期望能起到对问题生的教育和转化的目的。
Based on the writer's working practice, this paper makes a deep analysis on "problem student" education from such four aspects as home interview, caring for problem students, proposing more suggestions and leading group cooperation, aiming to achieve the purpose of educating and transforming problem students.
