现代索纳塔电喷汽车油量与油压和脉宽关系的研究

摘要 本文以现代索纳塔燃油压力、喷油量和脉宽的三维脉谱图的研究作为课题。搭建试验测试系统台,对喷油量与压力、喷油量与脉宽的试验,以燃油压力调节器为主要实验研究对象,对比分析喷油量与压力对脉宽的影响,并绘制有关曲线图。研究表明:发动机在不同的喷油量、不同的燃油压力的条件下其产生的喷油脉宽也不同,但之间却存在一定的关系,并且可以用一张三维脉谱图表达,最终将其输入ECU中。 This paper mainly studies the three-dimensional pulse spectrum of Xiandai Sonata fuel pressure, fuel injection quantity and the pulse width. After building the testing system, the experiment on the fuel injection quantity with pressure and pulse width are respectively taken, and a curve diagram is drawn. Research shows that: under condition of different engine fuel injection amount and different fuel pressure, the fuel injection pulse width is also different, but there are certain relations, and it can be expressed by a three-dimensional pulse spectrum, and eventually be input to ECU.
