摘要
利用 X射线形貌术 Lang法对辽南天然金刚石晶体中层错进行了研究 ,详细讨论其层错类型 ,确定层错面及其矢量。
X ray diffraction topography technique was used to study stacking fault in natural diamond found in northeast China. A detailed discussion was made to the stacking fault types, their planes and the characteristic vectors were determined.
