On the Effective Strategies of Head-Teachers’ Caring for Students and Loving Students

关爱学生是教师的灵魂,班主任如何去关爱学生对加强师德建设意义重大。因此,本文尝试从尊重学生并做学生的朋友、把学生置于师生交往中的主体地位、运用合理的交往方法、热爱学生、掌握教育分寸方面进行了探讨。

Caring for students and loving students is teachers＇ souls and the important significance of building up teachers＇ moral construction lies in how head-teachers care for students and love students. Therefore, the author tries to discusses effective strategies of head-teachers＇ caring for students and loving students from five aspects of respecting for students and getting on equally with students and using the good method of educating students and being kind of students and mastering chances of educating students.
