浅谈全过程造价控制

A Brief Discussion on Whole-Process Cost Control

随着经济全球化进程的加快,在世界经济一体化形式下,市场经济这个无形的手在工程建设领域既带来了机遇也带来了风险。作为中国工程业,如何通过在业务上实现"全过程工程造价咨询服务",加强项目的造价管理,高效利用和分配有限的建设资金投入,在工程的起始阶段就应该牢固树立以项目管理为中心,项目管理一成本管理为中心,以及挖潜增效、精耕细作的经营理念,本文通过分析当前我国工程业中造价(成本)管理方面普遍的模式,提出实现全过程造价管理的技术方法和实现方式,随时纠正偏差,保证项目投资的实现,以促进我国建设项目造价管理的科学化,从而更好、更快地推进与国际惯例接轨。

With the rapid economic globalization and world economic integration, market economy brings both opportunities and challenges to construction industry. For Chinese construction industry, how to realize whole-process cost control counseling service and effectively use limited construction fund has become an urgent issue. Through analyzing the present common modes, this paper proposes the realization methods of whole-process cost control, so as to promote the scientific development of Chinese construction industry.
