摘要
本研究采用一种新型的酵母全自动分析仪测定酵母数及酵母活力,通过与传统酵母计数方法对比,对单一样本测定变异系数、不同样本配对t检验检测P值,并通过仪器测定死亡率与传统方法进行精确度的对比,确定了全自动细胞分析仪是一种更为快速精确的测定方法,可为企业生产应用提供一种新的方法。
In brewing process, the cell concenteration and vitality of inoculating yeast are two key factors.In this study,we measured cell concentration and vtility of the yeast by Cellometer Auto X4 detection and traditional method. By comparating the two methods ,we confirmed a more fast and accurate way which offers a new choice for brewery.
