摘要
对表面及其特性尤其是那些与应用材料科学有关的问题作了说明 ;给出了各种表面分析的方法 ;以研究的实例 ,对运用表面科学的观点和表面分析方法在材料科学中的应用作了简单的介绍。
Surface and its characteristics are reviewed especially for those closely related to the aplication in material science. And then the different methods for surface analysis are given. Finally the applications in materials science by using the surface science point of view and surface spectroscopies are described briefly as the examples for further investigation. The typical references for the application are listed for those interested in this field.
