摘要
针对温度为 60°C的稀硫酸介质 ,研制了超低碳低镍双相铸造不锈钢。着重研究了该钢不同热处理状态下的金相组织及其腐蚀行为。结果表明 ,经 1 0 50°C固溶处理后该钢具有优良的耐均匀腐蚀、晶间腐蚀与抗点蚀能力 ,并具有良好的铸造性能。
For application in dilute sulphuric acid solution at 60°C, a new type super low carbon low nickel cast duplex stainless steel is developed. The microstructure and corrosion behaviour of this new type steel at different heat treatment states are studied. Results show that this new type steel possesses good uniform corrosion, intergranular corrosion and pitting corrosion resistance after solution heat treatment at 1050°C. And this steel has also good casting properties.
