摘要
叙述了凉水塔 4 # 风机齿轮副损坏情况。根据对齿轮副化学成分、硬度、渗碳层碳浓度和深度及金相组织分析 ,确认其损坏原因是主动轮材质不符合设计要求 ,导致齿轮表面硬度不足 ,加之齿轮组织中存在脆性夹杂物 ,降低了构件的强度和塑性 ,导致齿轮过早的疲劳破坏。
Tooth breakage of gear pair in 4 # fan of cooling column were analysed by chemical analysis, hardness testing and metallographic examination. It was concluded that the failure was due to improper material selection, insufficient surface hardness and bittle inclusions.
