摘要
从极性晶体晶格振动的理论出发 ,推导出正交系以上晶系的晶体的拉曼散射效率与晶体电光系数和二倍频系数的关系 :测量了 Ce∶ Ba TIO3 和 Ba Ti O3 晶体各纵、横模的偏振拉曼谱。在此基础上 ,计算出这两种晶体的电光系数γ3 3 、γ5 1 和二倍频系数 d3 3 、d1 5 。结果表明 :掺微量 Ce元素对 Ba Ti O3
Based upon the theory of lattice vibration in polar crystals, the relation between the Raman scattering efficiency and the coefficients of electro optic and second harmonic generation is derived. This relation is applicable to the crystals with orthorhombic and higher symmetries. Polarized Raman spectra of LO and TO phonons in both Ce∶BaTIO 3and BaTiO 3crystals are taken. Based upon above results, the coefficients of electro optic and second harmonic generation γ 33 , γ 51 ,d 33 , d 15 are calculated. The results show that doping of Ce has little effect on the electro optic and second harmonic generation properties of Ce∶BaTIO 3crystal.
