黄花铁线莲中香豆乙酸的抗炎活性研究

Study on Anti-inflammatory Activity of Coumadin Acetic Acid in Clematis intricata

目的:研究延安本地植物黄花铁线莲化学成分香豆乙酸在风湿病治疗中的药用价值。方法:在获得的5种化合物中,选香豆乙酸进行动物急性毒性及抗炎活性实验。结果:化合物香豆乙酸无急性毒性反应,且具有良好的抗炎活性。结论:延安本地生长植物黄花铁线莲所提取化学成分香豆乙酸具有良好的抗炎活性,对治疗风湿病关节炎有很好的药用价值。

Objective： To study coumadin acetic acid in medicinal value. Methods： Choose eoumadin acetic acid from the Clematis intricata on the treatment of rheumatism 5 kinds of compound to observe effects on animal acute toxicity and anti-inflammatory activity experiment. Results： Compound coumaric acid had no acute toxicity reaction, and had good anti-inflammatory activity. Conclusion： Coumadin acetic acid has good anti-inflammatory in the treatment of rheumatism arthritis, which had very good medicinal value.
