摘要
目的:建立舒筋通络颗粒中葛根素的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为DIONEX C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(11∶89),流速为1.0mL·min-1,测定波长为250nm。结果:葛根素浓度在0.072~2.166μg的范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999);平均回收率为99.1%,RSD=1.0%。结论:建立的HPLC法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于舒筋通络颗粒的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for detection of puerarin in Shujintongluo granules. Methods: HPLC is the determination of puerarin in Shujintongluo granules. Chromatographic column is DIONEX C18 column (250 mm× 4. 6 mm, 5 μm ) . The mobile phase is Acetonitrile-waters ( 11 : 89 ) . The flow rate is 1.0 mL.min -1. The wavelength is 250 nm. Results: The linear range of Puerarin is 0. 072 -2. 166μg(r = 0. 999 9) . The Average Recovery Rate is 99. 1% ( RSD = 1.0% ) . Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive, and accurate. It can be used to the quality control of Shujintongluo Granules.
