摘要
阐述了脉冲电晕放电成像的物理过程 .根据气体放电的流光理论 ,采用纳秒脉冲放电技术 ,获得清晰的电晕放电的硬币成像图像 。
The physics of transient corona discharge imaging is discussed. Based on the streamer theory in gas discharges, nanosecond pulse discharge technology has been used to obtain good resolution images of coins. Further potential applications are also presented.
