摘要
观察到纳米氮化硅量子点在室温下的蓝光发射现象 (44 9nm) .发现离子注入对蓝光发射有成倍增强效应 (高达 6 .3倍 ) ,并用量子限制 发光中心模型给出解释 .提供了一种新的蓝光发射材料 .
Blue light (449?nm) has been observed at room temperature and it has been multiple enhanced (up to 6.3 times) in ion implanted samples. The quantum confinment\|luminence center model can well explain it. A new type of material that can emit blue light has been prepared.
