光栅衍射泰伯效应的实验探究
摘要
本文对菲涅尔衍射深区内光栅的衍射进行了实验研究。在实验上采用显微放大法对光栅的衍射进行了测量。实验结果表明在泰伯距离处,得不到清晰的泰伯像,而在距泰伯距离附近的传输距离处却能得到光栅的类泰伯像。
