摘要
通过实验发现了光漂白聚合物薄膜的厚度随光照时间按指数衰减的规律收缩 ,在此基础上 ,利用 m线法和精确的转移矩阵理论 ,由数值拟合得到的聚合物波导的折射率轮廓为费米函数。
It was demonstrated in the photobleaching experiment that the shrinkage effect of polymer film, could be fitted approximately by an exponentially decaying function. After taking into account of the shrinkage effect, the index profile of the polymer waveguide determined by data simulation is a Fermi function with the help of m lines method and the exact transfer matrix theory.
