Mode Coherence Coefficients and Mode Decomposition Theory of Flattened Gaussian Beams

摘要 利用部分相干光理论, 推导出柱坐标系下平顶高斯光束模相关系数的解析表达式。基于推导出的M2 因子的推广公式, By using the theory of partially coherent light, the analytical expression for the mode coherence cofficients of flattened Gaussian beams has been derived in the cylindrical coordinate system. Furthermore, based on the generalized M 2 factor of laser beams which was derived by the authors, the mode decomposition theory of flattened Gaussian beams has been built up.
