摘要
采用单因子随机分组试验设计,将16头体重、产奶量相近的2胎次泌乳中期中国荷斯坦牛随机分为4组(对照组、试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组与试验Ⅲ组),每组4头,进行为期21d的饲养试验。对照组的精饲料为基础精饲料,试验Ⅰ组用5%的功能大豆寡肽蛋白饲料(FSOPF)替代基础精饲料中5%的鱼粉,试验Ⅱ组用10%的FSOPF替代基础精饲料中5%的鱼粉与5%的豆粕,试验Ⅲ组用15%的FSOPF替代基础精饲料中5%的鱼粉与10%的豆粕,3个试验组的其它精饲料组分与基础精饲料相同,各组的粗饲料相同。分别在试验前3d与正试期的最后3d测定试验牛的产奶量、乳常规指标(乳蛋白、乳脂肪、乳糖、全脂乳固体与非脂乳固体)以及体细胞数。结果表明,FSOPF能减缓泌乳中期奶牛产奶量的下降,改善乳常规指标,降低乳体细胞数。本研究结论表明:FSOPF可以替代泌乳中期中国荷斯坦奶牛日粮中的进口鱼粉,其适宜用量为在精粗比为40~45:60~55时,占精饲料的10%。
Sixteen parity 2 Chinese Holstein cows with similar milk yield, body condition and body weight in milk metaphase were randomly divided into four groups (Control Group, CG; Trial Group I , TG I ; Trial Group II , TG II and Trial Group III, TG III ) in a 21d experimental period. All cows were fed the same diet except the concentrate.CG with the basic concentrate (BC); TG I with 5% FSOPF substitute for 5% fish meal (FM) in BC; TG II with 5% FSOPF for 5% FM and 5% FSOPF for soybean meal (SBM) in BC; and TG III with 5% FSOPF for 5% FM and 10% FSOPF for SBM in BC. Milk yield, milk convention indices (milk protein, milk fat, milk sugar, milk dry matter) and Somatic Cell Count(SCC) were determined three days before experiment and last three experimental days respectively. The results show that FSOPF could slow down milk yield decreasing, improve milk convention indices and reduce the SCC. The conclusion was reached that FSOPF could substitute for FM and its suitable dosage was 10% in concentrate under the ratio of concentrate to roughage (40 - 45:60 - 55)in lactating cows.
