住区绿色技术适宜度的评价指标影响因子

Research on Influencing Factors of Evaluation Index System for Green Technology Suitability in Communities

本文对建构住区绿色技术适宜度评价指标体系的影响因子进行了研究,除基本的经济性、生态性指标之外,于评价指标体系中首次引入以行为主体为核心的操作性指标,并将除直接经济回报之外的间接经济效益首次纳入到经济性指标中。

This article is studied on the main influencing factors of suitability evaluation index system. In addition to economic ecological index, a new index called operability is introduced into the evaluation index system, the former making behavior subject as a key factor in the research. Besides, for the first time indirect economic benefit is considered in economic index.
