历史文化名城商业中心的区位演变研究——以南京为例

A Study on the Evolution of the Central Retail District in Nanjing City

本文以历史文化名城南京的中心区位为研究对象,从城市的空间秩序角度,梳理发展脉络,探寻演变机制与要素。通过调查、分析与比较,发现商业中心的演变和城市空间形态与功能布局密不可分;交通工具与可达性是影响其演变的重要技术因素;人口布局是其演变的持久动力,以此为历史文化名城的规划与保护提供借鉴。

This paper investigates the spatial evolution of central retail district in Nanjing City. In order to disclose the development mechanism, the study is carried out from the point of view of the spatial development sequence. It shows that the spatial evolution of central retail district closely coincides with urban spatial form and functional layout. Traffic condition is also regarded as an important factor to influence the central retail district’s arising and development. Among the factors, population distribution is the intrinsic motivation for the evolution.
