本文通过分析香港、日本的公共住房发展历史,公共住房设计的模块化、标准化的设计方法,阐述了现阶段公共住房设计的理念:通过总结参与《公共租赁住房优秀设计方案汇编》的编制体会,探讨现阶段中国公共租赁住房的套型设计。

Analyzing the development history of the public housing in Hong Kong and Japan and its standardized and modular design methods, this article expounds the current concept of the public housing design. Summarizing the experience in preparing the Collection of Excellent Design for Pubfic Rental Housing, it makes a discussion on the model design of public rental housinq in China nowdavs.
