TOD模式下的风景园林规划设计趋势探讨

Trend of Landscape Planning and Design under the TOD Mode

基于TOD模式已经成为实现城市可持续发展的重要手段这一背景,首先回顾了TOD核心理论与中西方国家的相关实践,之后从宏观区域绿道构建、中观城市节点与社区中心规划设计、微观以人为本的街道景观营造三个层面探讨了TOD模式的城市建设的发展趋势将对风景园林规划设计产生的影响,以期对我国风景园林规划设计有所启示与借鉴。

TOD mode has become one of the important ways to realize modern cities’ sustainable development. With an overview of the core theories of TOD and some related practices in China and western countries, this paper points out that landscape planning and design will be influenced by the development of cities under the TOD mode from three dimensions： they are the regional greenway construction at a macro level, the planning and design of city nodes and community centers at a medium level, and the creation of people oriented streetscape at a micro level. The research will be valuable and supportive to the landscape architecture profession in China.
