Convenience or tradition？ The controversy of the ＇cork＇ versus the ＇screw-cap＇ still rages, the battle lines are not clear, they transcend borders, regions and emotions.~ Romance and wine are synonymous; does unscrewing a bottle of wine at that intimate dinner diminish the romance of the occasion compared to removing a cork？ After only having one glass of wine, does the convenience of simply sealing, and saving the balance for the next day with a screw cap, ~igh the tradition of the cork system？ WINE undertook a detailed analysis of cork vs. screw-cap; the results not onty shed light but also dispel some misconceptions.
