养老设施中的公共浴室设计研究

Design Research on Bathroom in Elderly Facilities

中国当前正处于快速老龄化的进程中,养老设施建设需求量巨大,设计水平也亟待提高。文章针对养老设施中公共浴室的空间设计展开论述,笔者以实地调研为基础,归纳了目前中国养老设施的公共浴室中存在的主要问题;在借鉴发达国家设计经验的基础上,从老年人及护理人员的行为特点两个方面入手,对公共浴室的流线组织方式、功能空间布置关系进行了详细阐释。同时针对养老设施中公共浴室空间如何保证安全性、私密性、高效性等问题,给出了具体的设计要点和示例。

This article focuses on design research on bathroom in elderly facilities. First, the authors sum up current problems of bathroom common to Chinese elderly facilities based on field research. Then with references to design methods and practices of developed countries, the authors illustrate the appropriate function zoning arrangement and space organization of the bathing area according to the behaviors and spatial requirements of both participants and care professionals.
