摘要
当今中国城市的发展思路已从工业文明转向生态文明,每个区域都有完善各自体系的责任。基于"微循环"理念,可塑造生态型城市功能区,从而有机组合成宏观的城市健康生态系统。"微循环"理念在绍兴县中国轻纺城纺织商务区的规划实践中得到了充分运用。规划从微单元、微交通、微能源、微降解、微冲击、微开发6个方面探索了低碳、生态的实用型规划技术手段。
Chinese cities are transferring from industrial to ecological development. Based on ＂micre-cimulation＂ concept, ecological districts shall be developed to create a macro urban ecological system. Micro-circulation concept is applied in Shaoxing-China Light Textile Business District planning. The plan studies techniques from micro unit, transport, energy, degradation, development for low carbon and ecological city planning.
