家具行业的培训工作处于起步阶段,未建立培训制度、师资力量薄弱等问题一直影响着培训的效果,制约着家具行业人才的发展。科学、系统、完善、有效的企业培训体系是提高培训质量的根本所在,有效的培训体系必须是一个系统工程,需要在健全的培训制度与严格的培训质量管控的基础与保证上,逐步建立起培训需求分析;培训项目开发、培训计划制定;培训课程开发;培训教学工作与培训效果评估这五大板块。
The training of fiarniture industry is just beginning, such problems as do not establish training system and be weak in training materials restrict training effect and the development of the industry. Scientific, systematic, eflbctive vocational training system is the essence to improve the quality of training and must be a system. It must be on the basis of a sound training system and strict training quality control, gradually establish a training needs analysis; training project development; training plan; training course development; training and teaching and training effect evaluation.
