基于阿卡汗奖获奖作品——印多尔市阿兰若社区住宅论“开放社区”

A Debate on “Open-Community” Based on the Aga Khan Award Recipient: the Aranya Community Housing Program

本文通过延伸开放建筑与开放街区的定义,提出了开放社区的概念,即社区的使用者参与自宅的建造。这一概念不同于前两个概念的城市属性,主要针对农村住宅区建设的特殊性而提出开放性的开发模式。文章以较好地实践了这种模式的印度印多尔市阿兰若社区住宅为例,分析了此模式的优势以及对我国新农村建设的参考价值。

This paper put forward the conception of ＂Open Community＂ by extending the definitions of ＂Open Building＂ and ＂Open Block＂, which means users of the community can participate in their own housing process. The phrase ＂Open Community＂ is different from the former two conceptions because of their nature of city. And it aims to conceive an open development mode in the countryside. As a good example of this mode, the Aranya Community Housing in India shows the advantages and what can be contribute to the new rural construction in China.
