摘要
为了更好地利用玉米棒包皮纤维,以纤维提取率和残碱值为检测指标,采用正交试验和单因素试验的分析方法优化出玉米棒包皮纤维的预尿氧处理工艺、脱胶碱煮工艺和脱胶超声波碱工艺的理想工艺条件。结果表明:在理想工艺下两种脱胶方法所制备的玉米棒包皮纤维都比较纯净,但碱煮工艺残液的残碱值较低,碱的利用率较高,对环境所造成的污染较轻。认为碱煮脱胶工艺较为理想。
To use corn husk fiber well, fiber extraction rate and the value of residual alkali were selected as detection indicators. Orthogonal test and single factor experiment analyses were adopted. Ideal processing of pre-urinary oxygen process of corn husk fiber, degumming alkali cooking process and degumming ultrasonic wave alkali processing were. optimized. The result shows that in ideal condition corn husk fiber prepared by the two degumming methods are relatively pure, while residual alkali value of alkali cooking process is lower. The utilization ratio of alkali is higher and the pollution to the environment is less. It is considered that alkali cooking degumming is ideal.
