摘要 高压断路器作为常用的电气设备,其中分合闸线圈是其操动机构的关键部件。文中阐述了根据监测断路器分合闸线圈电流信号来判断其故障的一种新方法,首先介绍了磁通随电磁铁的气隙变化而变化的监测原理,然后进行了以DSP为核心的硬件电路的设计,最后利用小波分析法和动态时间规整法相结合的方法对信号作了具体的分析,从而能够准确的得出断路器的状态信息。根据状态信息可以及时发现断路器运行过程中存在的隐患,然后进行必要的检修。 High voltage circuit breaker as the commonly used electrical equipment, and the opening/closing coil is the key component of its operating device. This paper described a new method to judge the circuit breaker fault based on monitoring its opening/closing coil current. First, the monitoring principles of magnetic flux changes as the electromagnet's air gap changes was presented, then the hardware circuit was designed based on DSP, finally a detailed analysis of the signal was made by using the combination of the two algorithms of wavelet analysis and then the circuit breaker status information was obtained accurately. According to the status information, timely find the hidden danger in circuit breaker operation process.
