随着高校学分制的实施以及高校后勤社会化改革的不断深入,学生社区发挥着越来越重要的作用。在新时代条件下,党建工作进社区是高校教育体制改革和高校稳定发展的需要,是高校全面育人的需要,是高校思想政治教育工作模式创新和实效提高的需要。高校党建工作进社区要坚持以生为本、贴近实际,创新模式、落实到位,多方协作、制度完善等原则。在党建工作进社区的创新途径上,要更新工作理念、坚持科学指导思想,健全工作机制、建立科学党建制度,夯实工作队伍、发挥全员育人作用,丰富工作内容、创新党建工作路径。

With the implementation of the credit system and the deepening of colleges logistic socialization reform, student community plays an increasingly important role. Under the conditions of new era, the work of party building into the community is the need of higher education system reform and the stable development of colleges, of the fully educating in colleges, and of the model innovation and effectiveness of ideological and political education. The party building work in community should adhere to some principles such as student-oriented, close to reality, innovative models, multi-party collaboration. In the path innovation, need to update the work ethic, improve the working mechanism, consolidate the workforce, and enrich the work content.
