医院感染现患率调查分析

Investigation and analysis of prevalence rate of nosocomial infections

目的通过综合医院医院感染现患率调查分析,完善医院感染监控措施,为目标性监测提供依据。方法专职人员与临床医院感染监控员相配合,采用床旁与病历调查结果进行统计分析。结果应调查住院患者408例,实际调查406例,实查率为99.51%,发生医院感染23例,现患率为5.67%;感染部位以下呼吸道为首,占56.52%;抗菌药物使用率为48.03%。结论医院感染现患率调查,在短期内全面了解医院感染的状况,为有效开展目标性监测提供依据。

OBJECTIVE To perfect the monitoring measures for nosocomial infections through the investigation and analysis of prevalence of nosocomial infections so as to provide basis for the targeted surveillance. METHODS The professionals collaborated with the monitoring staff of nosocomial infection, the statistical analysis was performed by the investigation of bedside and medical records. RESULTS Totally 408 patients were supposed to investigate, and 406 patients were actually investigated, the actual investigation rate was 99.51 %. Nosocomial infections oc- curred in 23 cases with the prevalence rate of 5.67 %. The respiratory tract was the main infection site, accounting for 56.52%. The daily utilization rate of antibiotics was 48.03M. CONCLUSION It is helpful to fully understand the status of nosocomial infections in a short term through the investigation of the prevalence of nosocomial infec- tions so as to provide basis for the development of targeted monitoring.
