对处置中小金融机构不良资产的政策思考

The Disposition of Non-Performing Assets of Medium-and-Small Financial Institutions

中国中小金融机构因为发展过程特殊 ,决定了处置不良资产的现实和迫切性。本文分析了不能沿用资产管理公司模式的原因 ,提出了相应的政策主张 。

Because of the exceptional development,China′s medium-and-small financial institutions are urgently facing the problem of disposing their Non-performing assets.The paper pointed out that China cannot follow the AMC method and presented some policy proposes as well as their possibility.
